Dear Sir or Madam, With this letter I would like to express my interest in cooperation  with your good company. My name is Vitaliy GOLDAKOV. DOB: 11-Aug-1985. Current position:  2nd Officer / DPO. I am holder of Master's degree diploma in Navigation; CoC: Deep sea navigator. Full DP license #25996 and since 03-June-2015. My sea experience briefly: [2007 - 2013]: 3rd/2nd Officer in merchant fleet (container vessels). [2013 - 2017]: 2nd Officer/DPO in offshore  (AHTS, PSV, ROV support). Total time working in offshore (sea time): 25 months. Total time working with FULL DP license (sea time):15 months.  During my Offshore period  i have been working on AHTS / PSV / ROV Support vessels with DP-2 system (Beier Radio and Kongsberg). I've got experience in most types of offshore operations including ROV support. Worked with international crews (British, French, Spanish, African) in West Africa (Nigeria, Benin, Cameroon, Congo) and South America (Trinidade and Tobago, Suriname). During period from Dec 2015 till June 2017 I've been working on board of PSV "Bourbon Explorer 504" in Congo on Moho Nord Project of TOTAL E&P CONGO. Performing all kinds of PSV and ROV support operations. My previous contract - AHTS Bourbon Liberty 309 in Congo as 2nd Off / DPO. Holder of TOTAL approval as 2nd Off / SDPO.
